October 14:
“I commissioned the Jinja-Kamuli road today. The 58-kilometre road was built by our own funds. We are going to build more roads with more of our finances and less donor support.
I thank the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) for fighting fraud. They are very intolerant to thieves.
The government will construct more roads in Busoga and also provide a ferry.”
