Game Shakers is an American gaming sitcom created by Dan Schneider that premiered on Nickelodeon on September 12, 2015. The series stars Cree Cicchino, Madisyn Shipman, Benjamin “Lil’ P-Nut” Flores Jr., Thomas Kuc, and Kel Mitchell .
The series revolves around two seventh graders, Babe and Kenzie, who start a multi-million-dollar title gaming company and take on rap superstar Double G as their business partner. The series also features Double G’s son, Triple G, whom the girls hire as a game consultant, and Hudson, who is a test dummy for experiments on games.
Plot: In Brooklyn, New York Babe and Kenzie create a video game app called “Sky Whale” for their science project; when it proves to be successful, they form a company called Game Shakers with the help of their friend, Hudson.
The three of them later befriend rapper Double G who becomes their partner and investor after a compromise involving the illegal use of his song, “Drop Dat What”. Additionally, Double G’s son, Triple G, becomes a video game consultant.
Babe Carano ( Cree Cicchino ) is a 12-year-old girl and one of the creators of Game Shakers. She always does her own thing and doesn’t mind stepping on someone’s toes; she is creative, confident, and fearless when it comes to making tough decisions.
Cree plays the smart Babe on Nickelodeon’s Game Shakers. She is originally from Queens, New York City. Cree has been dancing since the age of 4, and she especially loves the street styles: hip hop and jazz funk. She spends most of her times with her twin sister Jayce. She is an animal lover.
Kenzie Bell (Madisyn Shipman ) is a 12-year-old girl and one of the creators of Game Shakers. She lacks a social filter and tends to be extremely blunt, but makes up for her lackluster social skills with incredible tech knowledge.
Shipman was born in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. When Shipman was five, she began working with a talent agency. She also appeared in the play Enron on Broadway in 2010.
Triple G ( Benjamin “Lil’ P-Nut” Flores, Jr. ) is the son of Double G who had a lavish childhood, but all that he really wants is to be with children his own age.
He’s eventually hired by Babe and Kenzie as the video game consultant. In “Shark Explosion “, it is revealed that his real name is Grover. Benjamin Flores Jr. also known as Lil’ P-Nut, is an American child actor and rap artist.
In music, he is known for his rap, “You Might Be the One”. Flores also made an appearance in the film Ride Along, which was released in January 2014.
Hudson ( Thomas Kuc ) is a friend of Babe and Kenzie as well as a member of Game Shakers. Despite knowing that Hudson isn’t necessarily intelligent, Babe states in “Sky Whale” that he’s cute and will do whatever she and Kenzie say.
Thomas was born in Brazil; he is a multilingual, able to speak Polish Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, and English. His sister is a gymnast for the Polish National Olympic Team.
Double G ( Kel Mitchell ) is a successful rapper and billionaire whose real name is Gale J. Griffin. He is impulsive, unpredictable, and determined to have as much fun and money as possible. With the help of Babe and Kenzie, he rediscovers his love for gaming, and becomes the main investor of Game Shakers.
In ” Revenge at Tech Fest “, Double G gets a temporary trionic right arm after his right arm is badly broken following a slingshot incident caused by MeGo.
Kel is an African American actor, stand-up comedian, dancer, musician, and rapper. He is known for his work as a regular cast member of the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series All That, as the Invisible Boy in the 1999 Ben Stiller and Geoffrey Rush superhero satire film Mystery Men , as well as his portrayal of Kel Kimble on the Nickelodeon sitcom Kenan & Kel.
He was married to Tyisha Hampton-Mitchell for six years until their divorce in 2005. He is a convert to Christianity.
